Intellectual Property: We own all intellectual property rights in the services provided by us, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents. You may use our services solely for your own internal business purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from us.

Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information you provide to us. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties: We provide our services “as is” and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no warranty that our services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination: We may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, we shall have no obligation to provide further services to you.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

Modification: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on our website.
